About the event
Qi Gong (Chi Gong) has been recognized by NIH as one of the best exercise systems for relieving stress and physical discomfort. It consists of tapping pressure points, releasing exercises, and meditative flows, and is doable for all. If you can stand, sit, and lie down…you can do the mindful movements of Qi Gong. You are always present to NOW in Qi Gong. There is never a goal. The result is a clarity and peacefulness that is hard to describe.
Whether you can attend the live zoom class or not, everyone receives the recording to practice with each week.
