The body is powered by the Qi that comes from the internal organs. Specifically the organs that are associated with the Five Elements are: Lungs, Kidneys, Liver, Heart, Speen/stomach. They are considered the inner reservoirs. The meridian lines, the acupressure pathways, are considered the rivers of energy through the body.Â
This healing meditation cleanses and clears the reservoirs so that the rivers of electricity that flow through you are powerful and strong. Â
