Service Description
You will learn: ~Qi Gong’s ancient roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ~The Five Elements: Related organs/meridians, as well as each element’s movements and how to apply them seasonally ~Daily warm-ups and releasing exercises ~How to access acupressure points and meridians ~Qi Gong for mind and body: for stress-relief, depression, sleep issues, heart health, joint and spinal wellness, bone density and much more. ~Q & A time with Lana Note: Everyone will have access to the zoom videos for three months after the course. However, if at all possible, you will want to attend the zoom sessions live to get the most out of the course. Sessions are: Saturday May 31 AND Saturday June 7 9 am to 11 am MDT each day
